- Aidan's POV -

- PARKER'S HOUSE, Wednesday, 9:00 AM -

I got bored after watching YouTube.

There wasn't anything good.

I decided to open a Facebook tab.

When I got to my news feed, there was a new message.

Curious, I see the new message.

Great, a message from Liana.

I exited the Facebook tab and continued watching on YouTube.

- Liana's POV -

- SCHOOL, 9:30 AM -

I got to my next class, feeling completely sad.

The moment earlier with Aidan scarred me.

He isn't answering my text.

I was always gazing off in class.

When the lesson started, I spaced out again, with that moment on my mind.

The person I loved, leaving the house completely devastated.

"Ms. Perez! Would you mind sharing what you're thinking of?" Mr. Martinez, our Mathematics teacher, yells.

I blinked my eyes in shock to see his glare.

I look down in embarrassment.

He continues the lesson.

At the back, Penny looks at me with concern.

I can't believe I'm going through this today.

- 12:00 PM -

When our history class was done, we go outside the classroom for lunch.

As I was walking, Penny catches up to me.

"Is there something wrong, Liana?" She softly asks, patting my back gently.

We walk along the hallways to the cafeteria in silence.

I can't say the truth to her.

But maybe I need to get it off my chest.

When we got to sit down, I came clean.

"There was something that happened before school..." I start, looking down at my table.

She nods and tells me to keep going on.

I told her the whole thing that happened, including the moment when I rescued him.

Warm tears start to fall down on my cheek.

I was holding on to the notebooks he touched.

I reminisce the moment when I slept with him, and the time we watched a movie together.

Why does this have to be so difficult?

- Parker's POV -

- HOME, 4:40 PM -

I managed to go home safely.

When I enter the house, mom wasn't here, just as always.

She goes to work during noon.

I got upstairs, holding my homework.

Today was great, honestly.

My crush, Penny, talked to me.
