This dragon, clearly Mal, is being zapped with a blue light. Looks like the 'he' Mal said drained her powers is indeed Hades. But why? He says he doesn't belong there. Maybe he thinks by combining his and Mal's powers he can bring down the barrier?

Lastly, we see a tarot card with Uma's picture. This is the first time she's been portrayed. The cards seem to portray important individuals and places in the movie. This could mean Uma will play an important role.
