You moved out to LA from your small hometown to pursue your career in dance. You're currently a freshmen at a performing arts school. One day, you're in your dorm and get invited to a party by your roomate.. at the PRETTYMUCH house...
"Okay.. okay. Then we'll figure it out another way."
I just kept staring at the ground.
"How about you get some sleep."
"Yea, that's probably a good idea."
Kayla and I got up.
"Thank you, Kayla. I don't know what I would do without you."
"No problem."
We both hugged and then I walked to my room and closed the door. I appreciated Kayla's help, but I still felt like I had no idea what I was going to do. I didn't want to lie to Cade or Z, but I couldn't tell them either. I just needed to stop thinking about it for a second so I went to bed and tried to shut my mind off.
NEXT MORNING
I tossed and turned most of the night, but ended up being able to fall asleep for two hours. I woke up and saw the sun out. I got up and tried so hard to not think about it, and tried to have a normal morning. I got in the shower and got ready.

I finished getting ready and heard my phone ring. I walked over to my bed and looked down and saw Cade's contact. I paused for a second and felt my throat close up. I didn't want to lie to him and tell him some fake excuse to why I had to cancel, but I also didn't know if i could face him and act like everything was fine. I heard it continue to ring and knew that it would stop soon. I waited another second and took a deep breath and picked it up.
