C H A P T E R T H I R T Y

"Good boy," I said tapping his head as he sends me a smile.

"Oh, I almost forgot! I have to tend to this business with Joshua. Would you mind taking care of Caleb until I'm back?" She asked and I gladly accepted it."Sure no problem"

"Thank you! we have to go now. See you later tonight" she waved at me before leaving with Joshua.

So now, it was only Xavier, Caleb and I.

"Aunty...." Caleb began and I smiled at him. He called me aunty!!!

"Yes, my nephew?" I responded.

"Did uncle do that to your neck?" He asked pointing to my hickey and I look at him with wide eyes.

"I...um--no. I was....scrapped by a cat" I lied. He was still staring at my neck. "But I don't see any cats around here" he spoke and I gulp.

"Huh?...Umm...I-Do you want to play a game?" I asked, changing the topic.

"No," he said shaking his head.

"What about a movie? Your favorite movie."

"Yes!" He said happily while clapping his hands in excitement.

"Okay"

Xavier's Pov.

[HOURS AGO]

Ping pong!

The doorbell rang and I got up and walked to the door. I hope it's not Emily's parents and her sluty sister.

As I open the door, I was met with my sister smiling happily at me. "Hi brother!" she waved and pushed pass me with Caleb holding her hands.

"Hey man" Joshua, her husband said and enter my house.

"Uncle!" Caleb exclaimed happily while running to me and hugging my feet.

"Hey!" I smile and picked him up while throwing him in the air and catching him which he giggled at.

"Where is your wife?" Abby asked as she entered the living room.

"She's upstairs," I said and she nodded before heading towards the stairs.

"Wait!" I said to her and she stopped turning her head to look at me.

"What?"

"She might be sleeping. Wait until she's up" I said to her and she rolled her eyes at me.

I didn't want anyone to disturb her.

"Fine" she huff and sat in one of the couch. "So, are you guys planning on having kids yet?" She asked smirking at me.

"No," I said and went back to typing.

Why is everyone asking this question?

"Uncle, can I have chocolate!" He asked me and I smiled at him.

"No, too much sweet isn't good," Abby said scolding Caleb and I glare at her.

"I'll give you chocolate. Come, let's go to the kitchen" I said to Caleb and guided him to the kitchen while Abby kept yelling at me for spoiling him but I ignored her.

"What kind?" I asked as we enter the kitchen.

"Can I have dairy milk?!" He asked and I nodded before taking a pack out for him.

"Thank you," he said and ran back into the living room.

"Stop spoiling him!" Abby said to me while Joshua just laughed. "What's so funny?" She asked him.

"Calm down babe," he said to her and kissed her on the cheeks and her face turned red.

"I'm calm," she said shyly while taking his hands.

[THE PRESENT]

"Thank you! we have to go now. See you later tonight" she waved at Emily before leaving with Joshua.

I watch as Emily sat quietly while Caleb stared at her neck. More specifically, her hickey.

"Aunty...." Caleb began and a smile was a layer on my lips. He called her aunty.

How cute.

"Yes, my nephew?" She responded while smiling at him. I could tell she was very happy that he called my aunty.

"Did uncle do that to your neck?" He asked pointing to her hickey and she looked at him with wide eyes while I chuckle at her reaction.

"I...um--no. I was....scrapped by a cat" Her cheeks immediately turned as she tried to make up something and she lied. Caleb was still staring at my neck when he spoke."But I don't see any cats around here"

"Huh?...Umm...I-Do you want to play a game?" She quickly changed the topic when she couldn't find a reply to his question.

"No" he responded to her while shaking his head.

"What about a movie? Your favorite movie."

"Yes!" He said happily while clapping his hands in excitement.

"Okay," she said and turned on the Tv.

I was sitting in my office, busily typing on my laptop when Caleb came to me. "What's the matter?" I asked.

"Aunty is sleeping" he responds and I got up, walking towards the living room. As I entered, I saw Emily peaceful sleeping in the chair with her hands giving her head support.

Taking her in my arms, I took her upstairs and quite laid her in the bed.

"Can we play a game?" Caleb asked as we exit the bedroom.

"Sure, what kind?"

"Monopoly!"
