taehyung was bored.

jungkook went out with jin to go shopping, leaving his best friend home alone while most of the group was also out.

the only person still at the house was hoseok. with that information, taehyung went over to his room and knocked on the door.

"come in!" hoseok shouted from the other side of the door.

taehyung entered, closing the door behind him. he trudged over to the bed and flopped stomach first onto it.

"what's wrong?" hoseok questions as he walked over to taehyung.

"I miss jungkook," he sighed.

hoseok smiled. he knew the younger has always had a crush on the maknae, just refused to admit it.

"cute," he laughed.

taehyung lifted his head up. "what?" he questioned.

"tae, it's obvious you like him. why don't you just talk to him? It's clear he's into you too!" hoseok exclaimed, hoping taehyung would agree.

but of course, taehyung had to be stubborn.

"no! what if he rejects me? he's my best friend, I don't want to lose him. even if he does like me back, it's not the same. like, I really like him. he's super funny, talented, caring, sweet, adorable and hot at the same time, hardworking, a literal angel, and all that shit. I can listen to him sing forever. he's always there for me, no matter what. we have so much fun together, dancing, singing and playing video games. just acting like dumbasses and fucking around. God, I just wish I can be with him. hold his hand, hold him. kiss him whenever I want, and just be there for him whenever. be able to call him mine. mine. nobody else's. I want to wake up next to him every morning and fall asleep in his arms the next." he pauses for a second, deep in thought. sadness is etched on his face, but you can see the love deep in his eyes when he talks about jungkook.

"but before anything, he's my best friend. my brother, my everything. I love him.. as a friend, and as something more," he speaks, looking down in sorrow.

jungkook was looking at the hoodies when he got a call from hoseok.

"hello?" he asked, holding the phone up to his ear while searching through the clothing rack.

"hey, jungkook? when will you be home?" questioned hoseok.

"uhh, not sure. i'm looking at clothes right now and I think jin is looking for shoes," he says as he checks the time. "we'll probably be back in the next 45 minutes or so, why?"

"taehyung and I are about to watch a movie, we have a bunch of snacks and bought drinks but we wanted to wait until you and jin got home. jimin, yoongi and namjoon are on their way here too," he spoke.

"oh, okay! thank you for waiting, we'll leave as soon as we're done," he smiled. "do you want us to get anything? we can stop at the food court and bring home dinner for everyone."

hoseok paused for a second, thinking of what he wants.

taco bell or subway, taco bell or subway..

...

"taehyung! do you want taco bell or subway?" he yelled, despite the fact that the younger was right across from him.

"both!" he yelled back, the two now laughing from how loud they were within 3 feet of each other.

"can you get us both? just get a sub meal for all of us, we can each get the taco meal too," hoseok explained. "I gotta go, jimin, yoongi and namjoon just pulled up. i'll text you what we all want."
