I was walking around town because zen asked me to bake him some pie. I have no clue why he asked me to bake him one. As i walk around i buy the ingredients i need I decided to make apple pie. On my way back i had an eerie feeling. I turn around and look around to make sure that no one was following me 'I swear...'
I walk back to the castle and walk down to the kitchen...
"Oh hi (y/n)" lizzy the maid greeted me with a big warm smile
"Hello lizzy" i smile back
"What are you doing down here? Isn't ah... your highness supposed to be with prince Zen?" Izzy looked at me while wiggling her eyebrows
"Haha...yeah he asked me to bake a pie but i still don't know the reason to it" i said frowning
"Hey he probably has a reason why. And also your cooking is the best even better than mine so he'll love anything you cook" izzy smiled and hugged me
"Thanks izzy" i smile and get to work...
Zen's POV
I sit in the private living room and try to solve and put the pieces together on how I'm going to propose to (y/n). As i try to come up with the most romantic way to propose to her someone knocks on the door.
"....come in" i say in an annoyed tone
"Heyyy Zen"
"Oh...hi izzy?" i look at izzy questioning why she's here.
"Hi i just wanted to ask are you going to go on a picnic with (y/n) that she has to bake a pie for you?" Izzy asked cheerfully
'Thats....A GREAT IDEA!' I shake my head and head towards izzy "yes we are going on a picnic" i smile and go down to the kitchen. I sneak over behind (y/n) and hug her for behind.
"Oh zen your here" (y/n) acted surprised
"Yeah...hey say am what do you think about us going on a picnic..." I leaned close to her ear "just the two of us"
(Y/n)'s POV
"Just the two of us" i felt a shiver go down my spine
"O-oh yeah that's a great idea Zen" i start cleaning up slowly "im almost done with the pie too" i smile and look at him
"Great then I'll get things ready I'll be in the private living room when your done with the pie"
And with that Zen left the kitchen. I was left alone so I decided to start cleaning up faster. I waited for the pie to bake so i sat down and relaxed for a bit...
Little time skip
The pie was done so I putted it in the basket with all the other goodies i made 'i hope Zen likes my cooking' .
Before i walk to the living room i stop by my room and take something more cute and spring like I decided to wear a cute (f/c) dress with (f/c) flowers on it. After that i head to the living room I knocked on the door and went inside.
"Hey" i smile and wave at Zen
"Hi, so you ready to go my princess?" Zen asked in a charming voice
"Yes,yes i am"i walk over and hold his and as we start walking towards the front door.
"Hmm"
"What is it Zen?" I ask curiously
"Sorry love but I'll have to blindfold you" he said
"Why?" I ask concerned
"Well i want to make it a surprise as to where we are going" he smiled and looked at me
"...fine" i say in Defeat i let him blindfold me. Zen gently took my hand and lead me to the secret place it was about a 10 min walk
"We're here!" Zen said
"Can i take off my blindfold?"
"No...not yet i have to do something quick" zen said then took the basket from my hand
"And what are you doing?" I ask curiously still just seeing black
"Just one...more...thing...there!"
"What are you up to you doofus" I chuckled
"Okay...now you can take it off.."
I slowly and gently take off the blindfold...
"Z-zen i-i....-"
I was in shock when i saw everything beautifully placed and zen...kneeling down on one leg holding out a diamond ring in a box...
" will you (y/n) (l/n) make me zen wisteria the happiest man and marry me?"
I felt tiers go down my face "yes...yes...YES!" I jumped on zen and kissed him when i pull back Zen placed the ring on my finger...
"Zen...i love you so much"
"I love you more (y/n) you mean the world to me"
We sit down on the picnic blanket. I cuddle closer Zen and together we watch the sunset and eat my home made apple pie....
