Midoriya's P.O.V

🐇🐈🏃🏻‍♂️

I kicked my legs back and forth as I sat on an oak wood tree branch. "Life here isn't very exciting is it Ojiro?" I said in a baby voice to my tiny kitten, he just yawned in reply. I ran my fingers through his soft fur, he wasn't a very active cat, but he was quite the cuddler. I looked down to see my mom, Inko, reading a book. Which by the way, happened to be the same book she'd read for the past two months.

 "Mom?" I called out, bending down a bit, just enough to make eye contact.

  "What is it Izuku?" Mom replied, not looking up from her book.

    "I'm horribly bored! Let's play a game or something!" 

    She shut her book and looked up at me, "Not now, Maybe later."

     "That's what you always say! C'mon, we used to play all the time when I was little."

    "Key word, 'little', how about you read my book instead?" She extended the book to me, "It's a poem book."

  "A poem book!" I let out a long groan, "Even the books aren't exciting here!" 

   Mom opened her book again, "If your that bored Izuku, then you should look around the park. Oh, and take the cat too!"

  I hoped off the tree, with Ojiro in my arms, "Alright, I'll be back mom." She smiled in response, then started reading again.

   I hummed a soft tune as I walked through the bright, green meadows. I turned my head when I heard a dog barking, Ojiro must have been startled by the dog, because he instantly ran away!

"OJIRO!" I sighed in exhaustion, "Stupid dog......OJIRO! Come back!" I ran deeper into the forest, pushing away dangling branches that got in my way. 'Oh no, where could he be?'  I stopped in my tracks when I heard the sound of shuffling in the bushes. 'Found you'

  I got onto my knees and started making kissing noises, "Ojiro, here boy, come on out. Don't worry, the scary dog is gone." 

   I saw white fur through the bush, thinking that it was Ojiro, I smiled, but instead, it was a rabbit. "Aw, hello there little guy! Have you by any chance seen my cat?" The rabbit didn't reply, he just stared at me, "Oh, that's right, animals can't talk. Silly me." The rabbit was strange looking though, well to be exact, what he wore, was strange. He was wearing a black tuxedo, with a tall black hat. And in his paws held a golden pocket clock, and I don't think that's normal. I reached out my hand to touch him but he ran off. "Wait! No! Mr. Rabbit wait!" 

  I ran after the rabbit, something this strange could not and shall not leave my sight! As I was running, I couldn't help but here a strange voice. It was squeaky and small, "Oh no, I'll be late! Terribly late indeed! The king will surely remove my head!"
