Andrius wanted to spend his time with his wife but he just can't leave Celina alone especially if his wife is the one telling him to watch over her. Halos hindi na sila nagkikita ng asawa niya because she has to visit her siblings at hindi naman siya makasama dahil ayaw ni Gretel.
"How's her therapy?" Gretel asked Andrius while they are having lunch in her office.
"She's doing great. Nakakatayo at nakakalakad na siya ng mag-isa." Andrius said. "How about Austin?"
"Austin refused to see his therapist. He's fine with his girlfriend's company." Gretel sighed.
"You mean Heaven? Sila na ba?"
"Austin never associates himself with strangers, the mere fact na kasa-kasama niya araw-araw si Heaven, siguro alam mo na kung bakit." She chuckled.
"Baby..." Andrius held her hand kaya natigilan si Gretel sa pagkain. "Celina is getting better now, hindi ko na siya kailangang bantayan and I think so with Austin, nawawalan na tayo ng oras para sa isa't-isa."
"As long as nasa poder natin si Celina, hindi natin siya pwedeng hayaan sa mga maids. She needs you and my brother needs me." Gretel smiled lovingly at him.
"Okay.." Andrius sighed and let go of Gretel's hand para makakain ito. Andrius looked at Gretel when he heard her opening another serving of rice. Pansin niya ring nagiging malakas ng kumain ang asawa pero hindi lang niya napupuna.
Dati-rati'y konti lang ang niluluto niyang baon nila, ngayon halos pang 3-4 persons na ang niluluto ni Gretel.
"Gusto mong magdinner tayo sa labas?" Andrius asked her.
"Heaven doesn't know how to cook at mas lalo naman si Austin kaya I need to cook for him, lalo't wala sina Aurora at Ace."
"Baby, hindi ko na nagugustuhan ito! Wala ka ng oras sakin at kapag naghahanap ako ng oras para sayo lagi mo naman akong tinutulak kay Celina. I know she is my responsibility but you're my priority! Hindi naman siguro masama kung maglalaan tayo ng isa o dalawang araw para sa isa't-isa." He suddenly burst.
Gretel smiled at him as she stared at his eyes coldly.
"This won't happen if you didn't entertain her in the first place..." Gretel said insensitively. Natigilan si Andrius sa sinabi niya at hindi makapaniwalang tumingin sa kanya.
"W-What---"
"You think ayos lang sakin ang set-up na toh? Akala mo ba okay lang sakin na may kaagaw ako sa atensyon ng asawa ko? Araw-araw akong nagtitiis sa sakit na nararamdaman ko kapag nakikita kitang hinahawakan siya, niyayakap siya..."
"But you said it's okay---"
"Of course I can only say it's okay! You felt very responsible! Nag-aalala ka sa kanya! And knowing you, you'll do everything to make sure she's okay because you're THAT responsible! Anong gusto mong gawin ko? Kontrahin ka kahit halos mabaliw ka na sa pag-aalala? All I can do is act okay even though I'm not..."
