Why me?

Chapter 30: Together

   Raven's POV:

  I was suffocating, I couldn't breathe.  My powers were out of control, everything in my room was flying, and I was soaring.  I closed my eyes tightly, deep in thought.  I was scared, but happy.  I wanted to run, but stay.  I wanted to cry, but smile.  I've known this whole time, the real issue, the real problem with my powers.  I was just scared to admit it, even to myself.  But now that I know how Robin feels, I can't deny it anymore.  I like Robin, no, I have liked Robin, for the longest time.  I could breathe again being I finally admitted it to myself.  I slowly could control my powers again as I calmed myself down.  My room was a mess when I opened my eyes and my hair fell back down on my shoulders.

  Everything was warm, my face and heart especially.  I started grinning like an idiot, I was so happy, knowing there was something there.  *knock knock*

  My heart leapt out of my chest, "Y- Yes!?" I said cautiously.

"Raven, can we talk?" Robin said lightly.

  I slowly stood up, still feeling light headed.  I somehow made it to my door and opened it.  I couldn't look at him directly.

"Are you okay?" Robin said worried.

"Yeah, just a little dizzy..." I laughed.

  I caught a glimpse of his eyes, they were staring at me, making me blush and look away.  Is this what its like to have a crush?  If so, then I'm already over it, how am I supposed to enjoy this if I can't even look at him.

  He put his hand on my cheek, and made me face him.  I was shocked, but I didn't stop him.  I looked directly at him now.

"I like you too..." I whispered lightly.

  He was surprised, but he didn't pull his hand back, still supporting my head.  We moved closer together, hearts beating in a symphony.  He moved his hands onto the back of my head so he could press my forehead onto his.  Naturally I wrapped my arms around his shoulders, and closed my eyes.  Our lips slowly drifted together.  At first it was a peck, I smiled and pulled back, but he wanted more.

  A pulled him into my room and landed on the bed with him on top of me.  I was tied up in his arms, and he was caught in mine.  It was like a whole new world.  A different planet, where the robin's and raven's soared across the sky, chirping together, flying together.

  Wow, that's really the end.  Lol I'm so happy it's finished, I've rewritten and tried so many different ways to end it, and I ended up with that.  I've grown so much since starting this book, and I just want to say thanks.  Thanks for putting a smile on my face, and thanks for giving me hope.  And most importantly, thanks for waiting lmao.
