Why me?

Chapter 15: A Bad Guy

Robin's POV:

It's been a long boring week, there hasn't been any really bad things going on and Raven being gone, is actually boring. And I'm worried....

I know it's not my fault but, now things might actually happen between her and Red X... Fuck!

Beast Boy's POV:

"Dude, I miss her... Who could've thought that without Raven, it's so boring." I said lazily.

"I know, and it's sad now to look at her tea maker... It's been a whole week. When's she gonna come back?" Cyborg sighed.

"I bet Robin and her had another fight, they've been fighting way too much recently.... He scared her off!"

"You think???" Cyborg questioned.

"Robin wouldn't lie to us, he said he caught her trying to leave, and she got away."  Starfire interjected. 

"It's not like Raven to just leave us though.  She wouldn't do that."  Cyborg stated.

"Perhaps there's something Robin's not telling us, it's not the first time he's lied to us."  I backed Cyborg up.

Starfire deep down knew this, as much as she'd hate to admit it.  She just flew away, probably for her own good. 

"Lets find out what Robin's hiding." Cyborg said.

"Agreed."

   Raven's POV:

  It's been a week, my hair to my shoulders, should of trimmed it back home- at the tower...  But now I think I finally found Red X, an abandoned warehouse downtown.  This guy really likes to keep it undercover... 

However I guess it being in an obvious spot isn't that bad cause it took me a week to find it. 

"Hello?"  I said wary.

I'm not alone... 

"Who's there?  You can't hide from me!"

"Didn't your mother ever teach you to knock??"

Red X...  He walked out of the shadows.

"Sorry...  I just wasn't sure it was you."

"Relieved?"

"Heh, sure." I said dropping my hood, showing my hair.

"You're growing out your hair?"

"Oh well it's been awhile and I haven't got to cut it-"

"Don't.  If you're gonna be a bad guy, then you gotta change your look."

I don't like where this is going...

"I hate long hair."  I stated.

"Well then put it up." He said handing my a hair-band.

I put it up in bun, but my bang weren't long enough, which didn't actually bother me.

"You look nice with your hair up."

"The outfit stays the same." I said.

"Haha, your outfits fine, for now."

"If I'm gonna be a 'bad guy', I have one condition."

"What is it princess?"

"Ugh!  First don't call me that, and second, I will not fight the titans."

"The second one I can do, but I don't know about the first one, princess."

Ugh.  I'm super tired...

"Do you have anywhere I can sleep?"

"Ha, you really think I sleep here."

He went around and pressed a hidden button, which opened a stair case.  Well, who knows...  Maybe being a bad guy isn't so bad.

The stairs led to a doorway, and when we entered, his place, wasn't bad.  I guess this is my new home.

It was dark, quiet, my type of place.

"Welcome home, Rae."  Red X said, which reminded me of Robin... 

"Thanks.  The titans probably won't even miss me..."

"I missed you" he said holding his hand out, and I took his hand, happily.
