At age 19, Neymar had became a father to a young boy named "David Lucca da Silva". He had not revealed the mother at first, for private issues. But later annouced the mother is Carolina Dantas. who gave birth at age 17.
There is not much information on there relationship. But they were never a couple. It was just a one night thing. Neymar didn't even know she had gotten pregnant
Carolina had said
" I didn't want to tell Neymar I was pregnant. I didn't know how to tell him or how he would respond. But he was the father, and had the right to know. But Neymar handled it very well. He helped me while I was pregnant. He is a great father. Thank you Neymar. "
Neymar had also said

Davi lucca switches off with each parent time to time. Like a regular divorced family, but they never married.
