I huddled outside the bathrooms for around an hour, and then I walked out into the movie foyer and towards the door.
"Hello, sister." Came the familiar voice from behind me, and I bit my lip.
It started bleeding.
"Hey." I stuttered, not turning around or stopping.
"I know where you live now." He stepped in front of me, his breath on my face.
I swallowed.
"I can come, whenever I want."
I closed my eyes, trembling. My bruises hurt, my burns stung.
"I can come, for you."
My phone beeped.
I slowly pulled it out, reading it.
Where r u? come home?
It was from Tim.
He stepped closer, his face beside mine.
"Sister, I will come for you." Then he left as quick as he came.
I started crying, walking home quickly.
