Chapter 16
Emma POV
Today is the day where I go into hospital
I’m scared like really badly
I don’t know what this place this going to be like
Am I going to make friends?
Am I going to be locked in my room all day every day?
Ok I’m just scaring myself more here
Dad told me
There’s a skate park, a basket ball, football and tennis area
I love all of them so I’m good
Dad also told me my time table for each day there
Here it is:
8:30-wake up
9:00- breakfast (we can have breakfast in the hall or our rooms)
9:30 to 11:00- free time
11:00 to 12:00- theory
12:00 to 1:00- lunch
1:00 to 2:00- alone time (we would have to be in our own rooms)
2:00 to 3:00- contact time (so they will be given their computers and phones)
3:00 to 4:30- free time
4:30 to 5:30- treatment
5:30 to 6:30- dinner
6:30 to 8:30- group time
8:30- back to rooms
10:00- lights out
The day sounds fun
The bit which scares me is treatment
But I’m have to suck it up
Anyway I have to go now to the hospital
Dad and mum are going to come and visit me every Sunday
I’m saying my good byes starting with uncle Ratliff and aunt rydel
I go up to them and hug them
"Stay strong girl" aunt Rydel said testing up
"Stay strong for the sloths sloth buddy!" uncle Ratliff shouted
I laugh through my tears
I go to Uncle Ross and Aunt Laura
I hug them and say good bye
When I get to dad and mum and my brothers and sisters
My sisters are standing by dad holding hands
I bend down to their high
“Sissy don’t go” they cry hugging me
“Hey hey calm down I’ve be bad”
“You will?” Roxy asks
“I promise I will be back soon I love you guys now to daddy and mummy” I say
“I love you too sissy” they say at the same time
I laugh
They hug me one more time then run over to mum
My brothers both run up to be and hug my legs
They rap their body’s round my legs so I can’t walk away
“Come boys let go or I’m going to have to tickle you” I say looking down at them
My brothers shake their heads
So I place one hand on each both them and tickle them
They giggle like mad and let go
I pick them up and hug them
“I love you guys” I say
They giggle some more and say
“Emma” Romeo says then Anthony says “don’t”
Then they say together “go”
They look at each other and start laughing like mad
It looked so cute
They always do this tick where they pretend to be each other
So dad and mum get confused who is who
They look so much a like
Same shade of hair
Same colour eyes
Same high
Same length of hair
It looks like you just photo copied one of them
My aunts and uncles take my siblings to their house to give me, mum and dad some privacy
I hug dad and say “I love you guys so much”
Dad says “we love you too sweetie call us every day and we will see you on Sunday” I smile and nod
I let go of dad and turn and pull mum into a hug
“I love you girl call us whenever you get a chance”
“Love you too”
“Come on Emma we have to get going”
I hug dad one more time then get in the car
To a place which could make or break me
