Chapter 17- Wildest thing

-Ewa's POV-

We sat down at our reserved table and to be honest the restaurant was quite posh, well I'm not surprised.

"Would you like to order now?" the waiter asked and we nodded.

After we ordered our food we sat there in silence for a while watching people singing on stage.

Everyone here looks rich and posh.

Then a familiar song burst through the speakers.

My eyes widen, "I love this song."

Aiden stared at me confused, "So?"

"Let's dance," I rolled my eyes.

(Hip hip, Hip hip, Hip hip, Hip hip)

"But I can't-" before he could finish his sentence, I got up and dragged him to the dance floor.

"Dancing is easy, just flow with the music," I told him before grabbing his hands and placing them on my waist then I placed my arms around his shoulders.

He looked at his feet trying not to step on my foot. I laughed and lift his head up.

"Relax, you're all tense, just loosen up," I told him.

And it makes me feel so fine
I can't control my brain)

He smiled, "I'm actually dancing," he said then spun me around.

(Hip hip, Hip hip)

"I like it when you smile," I just randomly said cause I'm a random person like that.

(When you're on a golden sea
You don't need no memory
Just a place to call your own
As we drift into the zone)

He laughed, "I like it when I smile too."

We'll be playin' and havin' fun
And it makes me feel so fine
I can't control my brain)

"So how are you liking your birthday?" I asked him.

(We'll run together
We'll spend some time forever
We'll never feel bad anymore)

"To be honest I haven't enjoyed my birthday like this in years..." he paused and looked into my eyes, "ever since I was 6."

The song ended and everyone gave the singer a round of applause.

"I'm hungry let's eat."

We got back home and were welcomed by Roger and Hannah.

"So how was the dinner, miss," Hannah asked.

"It was great," I replied, "but it's late, I think I'm just gonna go sleep."

I walked upstairs and went to get change into my night wear.

When I came out of the toilet, Aiden wasn't in the room.

Is he still downstairs?

I went downstairs and saw that all the lights were switched off and it was dead silent.

I went in the kitchen but no one was there, and then I saw someone sitting on the chair near the swimming pool.

Is that Aiden?
