Minutes flew by but luckily the paramedics had arrived and both Katelynn and Connor were taken in. It was pronounced that Connor was dead around five minutes ago. He had committed suicide by pointing the gun on his head when the third gun shot was heard. Those moments when he pointed the gun at me, my life flashed. I thought I was going to die, I thought I wasn't going to see Katelynn nor my children ever again. 'Jacob...' A voice mumbled. I looked down as I watched Katelynn touch my hands. I grasped onto hers, 'Katelynn.. Please keep strong.' 'She's losing a lot of blood, Jacob.' One of the paramedics frowned, 'If we don't transfer blood to her in the next few hours, she may...' She stopped as she saw the anger on my face, 'I'll give her blood!' I snapped, 'You and the doctors need to save her!' I grabbed her from the shoulders and shook her, 'Please? Do your best to save her!' 'It doesn't always work that way. You must have the same blood type as her for that to work. But don't worry we have a few supplies of blood packs in the hospital.' 'Just hang on, Katelynn!' I kissed her hand, 'Supermans going to save you....'
