Autumn's POV
Me and Salem were watched Cinder in a small circular arena as she fought off Grimm with her powers of the Fall Maiden. I crossed her arms and leaned against the wall behind me "She's holding back" I grumbled annoyed with her progress as a Maiden

Salem sighed "That's enough" She said as she stopped the wave of Grimm and walked into the circle as I followed

"I thought you were the girl that wanted power? Did you lie to me?!" Salem said

Cinder winced at the tone of her voice then turned and shook her head "Then stop holding back" Salem commanded

I sighed "If you want to master the maidens power you must u-" I was rudely interrupted by the loud sound of the chamber door opening

Tyrian squirrelled his way into the chambers whispering and crying to himself then bowed to Salem "Tyrian. Your task. Were you successful?" Salem asked

Tyrian looked down failing to meet Salem's gaze "No"

Salem clasped her arms behind her back and walked by Tyrian "But hope is not lost! My tail, My stinger. I poisoned him, Qrow. He will not be a nuisance any longer, No longer, I have done that. Have I done well? Have I pleased you?" Tyrian rambled

Salem glared at Tyrian over her shoulder "The last eye is blinded. You disappoint me" She said walking away

Tyrian started loudly balling as a Grimm felt his negative emotion and pounced at him. He knocked it to the side with what remains of his tail and pounced on it with his gauntlets repeatedly stabbing into the creature, gutting it. Soon his cries of sorrow turned to the maniacal laughter that usually came from him. I put a hand on Cinder's shoulder as we both watched the display "Come Cinder" I said as we walked out of the chamber

YN's POV
Me and Jaune were carrying Qrow on a make shift stretcher we were able to fashion from some sticks and Ruby's sleeping bag. Ruby was worriedly checking on how Qrow was doing while Nora, Ren, and Maple scouted a little ahead. "Just hold on Uncle Qrow" Ruby said worried

Qrow grunted a response while turning side to side. "Tai. She's not coming... Tai" He coughed mumbling to himself

"It's getting worse" Jaune said quietly

"Well how much farther?" I asked

"We've got to be close" Maple responded

"Without the map there is no way of knowing. But we've got to be close to something" Ren said and stopped in his tracks

He put his guns away and ran up to a cross roads sign "What is it?" Ruby said

Nora and Maple ran up to him and looked at the different places on the sign "Hey, Hey Mistral! We're on the right path" Nora said pointing to the sign and looking back at us

"Does it say how close?" Ruby asked

"No. But it looks like the path takes us up the mountains" Ren sighed

Me and Jaune put Qrow down as we looked at him "The climb is gonna be to dangerous for him" I sighed and looked at Ruby

Ruby ran up beside Ren, Nora, and Maple and looked at the sign "Ummm. Ok how about this place? Kuro... Kuroyuri. Can we get help there" She said looking at another section of the sign that went a different direction

Jaune walked up as I stayed with Qrow. "That village was destroyed years ago" Ren said

"But if it takes us around the mountains then it's the best bet we got" Jaune said
