It's thanksgiving and Shawn and his family is coming over to my family's house and also Aaliyah's boyfriend and his family. Shawn didn't really like him at first but then he realized he cares about Aaliyah, like he cares about me. They all arrive and we have all meet each other. "Hi Aaliyah!" I say hugging her "oh my god y/n it's been so long. This is my boyfriend Alex" she says hugging me. "Hi Alex" I say shaking his hand. "Hi Karen hi manny" I say hugging them. "Hi y/n so good to see you again" they say. I see Shawn closing the door and I rush over to him. "Hi baby" I say hugging and kissing him. "Hey baby girl I missed you" he says. We go in and watch some tv. "Hey y/n,Shawn, Aaliyah and max can you help me cut apples for apple pie?" My mom asks we get up and go to the kitchen. "Let's have a race. Me and Aaliyah will peel the apples and Shawn and max will cut" I say. They agree and we start. It takes time to get the hang of peeling it but we soon finish before the boys are done cutting. "Yes we win!" I say jumping up and down. The boys sigh. We then put 4 pies in the oven. It's dinner time and we all eat and talk. I hear a 'ding' indicating the pies are done. "I'm going to take the pies out" I say getting up. Aaliyah follows me. "They look good" she says peering into the oven. "Yeah and the smell really good too" I say. I take them out and set them on the stove to cool. We go back in and everyone is pretty much done eating. Shawn and I start bringing in the dishes and Aaliyah and Alex bring out clean ones for the pie. After we're done we bring the pies out with knives, forks and spoons. The rest of the night is spent laughing, talking and having a good time.
