Shawn's POV
Me and y/n have been hanging out the last couple of weeks and I really like her but I don't know if she likes me. But today is the day I'm going to tell her. I quickly leave my apartment and go to my car. I drive to y/n house and just as I turn on her street I see her leaving and start running. I slowly follow her in my car until she runs into the woods. I park my car get out and run after her. I keep my distance to see where she is going but then I her crying and I stop. I wonder if that's her,I think to myself when she finally stops she's in a field with a huge lake. Beautiful flowers everywhere. She sits by the water and starts crying again. I slowly walk over to her. " y/n" I say as I stand over her. " ohh... hey Shawn" she says quickly wiping the tears. " what's wrong. Just tell me." I say pulling her to her feet. " it's nothing" she said looking at the ground "just tell me it's okay " I say as nice as possible. " well um... for a while I think I have depression and um I just feel like I'm not good enough for anyone and I'm uh.... worthless" she say as she starts crying again. " omg y/n are you ok. Come here" I say pulling her into a hug. She starts crying more and I hug her tighter. " listen don't ever think that because someone will always want you." I say. " who?" She asks sniffling " me. I always liked you and after these few weeks I love you and I was going to tell you but I saw you run off." I say looking her in her eyes. " I like you too. I like you a lot." She says smiling a bit. I slowly lean in and kiss her and she kisses me back. She breaks away and hugs me again.
