Y/n POV
We arrive at Shawn's apartment. "Hey is it ok if some of my friends come over" Shawn asks laying on his bed. "Yeah sure but can we keep our relationship private. Can we just be good friends in front of them?" I say sitting down next to him on the bed. "Of course babygirl" he says hugging me.
~a few hours later~
I finish getting ready as I hear the door bell ring. Shawn's friends come and they seem pretty cool and chill. We all introduced ourselves and talk and watch tv. "I'm going to get some water does anyone want anything?" I ask getting up. "Can you get us some water?" They ask, "sure" I say walking into the kitchen. "I can help" someone says behind me. "Thanks" I say. It's Hailey Baldwin. (Pls don't come for me this is how I portray her in this imagine I don't know her so idk)
"I just want to tell you don't get close to Shawn or I will tell the world about your depression and how you almost killed yourself" hailey whispers getting water. "But I thought your engaged. Why would you want me to stay away from him?" I whisper perplexed. "You never know, just stay away from him." She says walking out of the kitchen. "Here is some water y/n is getting more" I hear her say in a friendly manner. I am so shocked but I can show it. I walk out with the rest of the water. The rest of the night we talk but I see hailey giving me an evil eye. As everyone starts leaving I pretend to go too so I grab my bag and hug everyone at the door. I hug hailey and she says "don't think I won't" she whispers into my ear, and smiles at me. I get in my car, drive a block and turn around and park at Shawn's apartment. "Is everyone gone?" I ask Shawn through the phone. "Yeah it's safe" he says. I go back to the apartment and just as I'm about to relax I remember hailey and get an attitude.
Exterior POV
Y/n sits on the bed mad. Shawn comes in and tries to hug her but she brushes him off. "Hey babe what's wrong" Shawn says with a softness in his voice. "Your asking me what's wrong, what's wrong with you" y/n says raising her voice a little. " what do you mean your not making sense" Shawn says. "You told hailey about me trying to kill myself and now she's blackmailing me saying that I can't get close to you or else she's going to tell the world. You knew I didn't want anyone to know but you told her! YOU DONT KNOW HOW MUCH THIS HURTS! Y/n yells at him. "Baby how hurt can you be theirs no emotion on your face!" He says getting annoyed. "Because I learned how to hide my emotions and tears from the people who hurt me most." Y/n says her voice cracking at the end. Shawn looks straight in her eyes and sees how broken she is, how little she is holding onto, and her heart is shattered. He finally sees it as she storms out of the room grabbing her things.
