The sleepy moments... all that... gone.

When your name flashed across my screen...
Or your voice resonated in my ears...
I remember how my heart leaped...
And how my soul screamed in ecstasy...
So still... I'll say...
I miss you so.
I didn't want to lose you...
But instead... away... I pushed you...
Everyone leaves... but it seemed you just didnt...
You stuck with me and that... touched me.
So this I say...
I miss you so.
Your friendship meant the world to me...
And it still does... in fact since we talked last...
Life got dry... like a barren wasteland...
I'm a coward for leaving like that...
And am worse for I'm scared to come back...
But this I know...
I miss you so.
So I will say in one verse...
What I should have said with many words...
I care for you... deeply... and can't go on one more moment...
