A/N: In honour of hitting the absolutely mind-blowing milestone of 100k views...I thought I'd share a short bonus chapter to celebrate.

Thank you all for your support!

Much love,
Charli

P.S. The 100k mark came almost exactly 1 year after I completed this story, which I thought was really fun. I appreciate all of your support over the years!

Ginny was bustling around Hermione in a cloud of chiffon, fussing over her hair and makeup.

'Really, Gin,' Hermione laughed. 'It's perfect!'

Ginny tutted and adjusted the gold accessory shining against Hermione's dark hair. A stray curl escaped and she hurriedly tucked it back in place.

'Mum!' Rose yelled, banging on the door to the room. 'Can I come in?'

Hermione flicked her wand and the door swung open. Rose bounced into the room, her dress swishing as she moved. Ginny looked out into the hallway, checking it was clear. Satisfied, she closed and locked the door.

'Ginny, relax! So what if he sees me?!'

'It's bad luck, Mum!' Rose scolded. 'Gramma Granger and Granny Weasley both say so! Even Grandmother Malfoy said it!'

Hermione just laughed and shook her head.

'C'mere and let me look at you, Rosie.'

'D'ya like my dress?' Rose twirled around, her curls bouncing. The flower crown on her head tilted precariously.

'I love it, you picked a great one. Do you like mine?'

Hermione stood up and turned away from the mirror. She brushed the cream lace with fingers that shook slightly.

'Wow, you look like a real princess!' Rose gasped. 'Dad is going to be so happy when he sees you!'

'Yeah? You think so?'

'Yeah! Oh, I nearly forgetted!' Rose dug in the pocket of her cream dress. 'He asked me to give you this.'

Rose handed Hermione a note and a tiny, silver bell.

My dearest Hermione,

I don't know if you already have your "something old", but just in case I thought I'd give you this bell from our night at the circus. I know it was only three years ago, so it's hardly "old", but it seems like a lifetime. In a good way!

That night felt like a first date (even though it was months until our real one!), and was the first time I realised I had fallen for you - heart and soul.

I can't wait to see you, and for our families to become one.

Forever yours,
Draco

Hermione grinned foolishly, the smile lighting up her face. She untied the ribbon around her bright bouquet of wildflowers, and fastened the bell onto it.

'D'ya want me to take a letter back?'

'Oh yes! Let me just...Ginny, can you pass me my handbag? I think I have a notepad and pen?'

Hermione quickly penned a reply, and Rose skipped off to deliver it. Hermione slipped her feet into a sparkly pair of ballet flats.

'It's almost time,' Ginny said, checking her pocket watch.

'I know,' Hermione said, still smiling happily.
