misfits95: the picture of me that my brother took is known by some people i guess

sean6667: i still can't fucking believe that happened, that's so gross

sean6667: he can get arrested for child pornography, you know

sean6667: no like, since you're under 18, and he took a sexual picture of you and spread it it's considered child porn

misfits95: oh. what would happen to him then?

sean6667: he'd get in serious trouble and be labeled a sex offender

misfits95: what's a sex offender?

sean6667: a rapist

misfits95: what's a rapist

sean6667: you don't know what rapists are?

misfits95: i don't think so

sean6667: they're people who rape other people. the rapist does something sexual with another person who doesn't want it. it also counts when the other person can't consent, like if they're a minor, or they're under the influence of something, or they're unconscious

misfits95: my brother told me rape meant killing somebody

sean6667: he did? killing somebody is murder, not rape

misfits95: i thought the words were interchangeable

sean6667: not at all, they're very different

misfits95: i hope rapists get murdered
