He kissed her?! He still couldn't believe he kissed her!! It's just...she made him feel noticed. He glanced back to see her laughing with Yvette as if she wasn't different than the granddaughter of Yzma. Elle noticed he was staring and gave him a shy little wave that caused him to look away. His mission was the most important thing to him wasn't it? He couldn't forget his revenge on his father but...could he really destroy Elle's home? Could he really do that to her? He clenched his fists as they lit with blue fire. Why couldn't he figure out what to do now?!
"Hayden?..."
He flinched knowing it was Elle calling his name but he didn't say anything as he unclenched his fists the fire fading. Maybe Elle would understand? No, how could she? He covered his face as he tried to focus. He couldn't let a pretty blonde stop his plan!
"Yo Hayden we'll be right back!" Yvette shouted.
Hayden looked over his shoulder to see Yvette dragging Elle away.
"This can't be good" he muttered as he slowly followed behind the girls.
He knew Yvette wasn't going to do anything bad to Elle but he knew when she had an idea it never ended good.
