Izzy's P.O.V
I woke up screaming and sweating in my bed. what a messed up dream it had all felt so real that I could still feel the pain of getting stabbed. no one woke in my house, they stayed asleep my sister groaned and rolled over but didn't wake, maybe that was for the best I would hate to tell them about my dream. Letting out a long sigh I lay back down and close my eyes trying to calm my beating heart and slowly I fall asleep.
I sit next to Ekkia and Julia at school both in their own little worlds, Ekkia reading and Julia writing, I sit there feeling so alone. I nudge Ekkia and she looks up from her book as Jackson and Fletcher, the two cutest guys in the school walk past. we smile hoping that they will notice us but they don't, no one does, to them we're nobody's. I spy Ryan one of my old friends, he's sitting with his new friends now and I feel a spark of jealousy at how easily he makes friends and how easily he gets noticed. the bell goes and each of us goes our separate ways, the others all have classes with other friends yet I am all alone. the day goes as normal, I get pushed, shoved, ignored and called names but I'm used to it. when the final bell goes I race away to see my dad who is waiting in the ccar park
"How was school?" he asks though he's not really interested
"Same as usual" I reply
Once I get to his house I go off to the shed in my dream. its empty of course it's empty, I didn't expect anything. I start to leave and swear I see a humanoid shadow dart across the patch in front of me and a voice whisper softly in my ear
"The game is on"
But of course there is nothing what did I expect it was just a dream. I start my climb to the highest cliff in the valley, it over looks jagged rocks and only I know how to get there. I stand on the edge contemplating life or death, life could always get better but then again it might not. I throw my self off the cliff waiting for eternal darkness to greet me. Except it didn't.
