All you have to do is lend a hand
To get them out of the quicksand
For some can't stand on their own
Sometimes they feared to be alone

Some just need a little help
To move forward and step
But if you don't
Can you blame them for giving up on their own?

All you have to do is open your eyes
Teach them how to foresee through lies
Some just pretending to be blind
As if they are people who's very wise

Truths just lie behind us
But it is hard to find in the dark
When their hope are now crushed
Can you blame them for closing their heart?

All you have to do is lend an ear
At least listen to all their stories
For cries are meant to be hear
Because many keep their loneliness in tear

So let them know you're listening
To all their problems and grievings
Because if you can't
Can you blame them for acting deaf?

All you have to do is to care
Just let them know that everything's fair
Share with their pain if you can
Make them know that every pain will mend

Some hide their tears to themselves
Afraid to open up and cry for help
But if you don't
Can you blame them for losing hope?
