Deidara

"Iwagakure's Deidara... S-rank ninja..." I thought looking up at him, "Because of his explosion bloodline limit, he became part of the explosion corps, he has mouths on both of his hands, I wasn't given any information on how he got them. Itachi's files gave me 2 possible reasons, but I have no idea which one is true.." I thought seeing his hands and they were indeed creepy.

"Is that little girl, and old hag, really up to the task of taking on my man, Sasori?" Deidara asked.

"Sensei, (Y/n), go and help Sakura." Naruto said. I saw Deidara smile and clench something in his right hand. "I'll, save Gaara!" Naruto jumped up towards Deidara. Deidara moved and Naruto crashed into the mountain behind. Deidara threw white clay at Naruto's direction, and I quickly threw a kunai, impaling it causing it to exploded. He threw something else from within the smoke, and Kakashi deflected it by throwing another kunai at it.

"I'm taking back Gaara!" Naruto yelled.

"Not counting this guy, my comrades have defeated 2 jinjuriki's. Not even one comrade or villager attempted to save them." Deidara said looking down at Naruto. "In fact, there were actually some people who were glad." Deidara chuckled. "Gaara, died after the one tail was extracted. That will soon happen to you, too!" Deidara said.

"I won't... forgive you jerks! Return Gaara to us!" Naruto yelled.

The bird seemed to eat Gaara again since now even his feet were in its mouth. Deidara started to fly away.

"Get back here!" Naruto and I both yelled and chased after him. I saw some tree logs ahead and jumped up and propelled myself forward. "I have to focus on Naruto and making sure he doesn't get killed or captured. It's obvious that Deidara is trying to separate me and Kakashi from Naruto so that he has a better chance of catching Naruto with no interruptions. However upset I am over Gaara.... I have to also make sure Naruto doesn't end up sharing the same fate.. The dead can't come back, no matter how much I wish they will." I thought keeping an eye on Deidara and Naruto.

I looked up as Deidara continued flying overhead. "Where is he even trying to lead us.." I thought. I saw him throw something, and it enlarged to 3 birds. One of them exploded in front of Naruto. Me and Kakashi threw kunai's at the other 2.

I jumped through the smoke, and looked up at Deidara to see he was looking down at us as well. "Naruto, wait up!" I said and hurried after Naruto.

Kakashi was preparing his new Sharingan. "Is it ready yet?" I asked.

"Just in time." Kakashi said and I saw his eye had a strange pin wheel marking.

"Let's go!" I said and we hurried our pace.

I noticed Naruto kept staring at Kakashi. "What is it?" I asked Naruto and Kakashi looked at Naruto.

"Kakashi-sensei, it's okay if you fail." Naruto said to him. "I'll make sure I settle things in the end!" Naruto said determined.

"Right... if your turn comes around." Kakashi said.

"Right!" Naruto said as we continued our chase.

Deidara seemed to be getting warped and I looked at Kakashi. Then it seemed as if Deidara's hand, or arm disappeared. Kakashi was holding his eye. "You okay?" I asked.

"Don't worry, I won't miss next time." he said and I nodded and saw the pin wheel marking was still there.

I looked up at Deidara, and the path in front of us started rising up into the trees. I jumped higher onto the tree branches and stayed behind Kakshi as he continued to warp the area around Deidara. "Kakashi, it's okay." I said as Deidara swerved into the trees.

"I let him get away, damn it." he said.

"It's Naruto's turn." I smiled and waited for him to feel a bit better. "Let's go." I said.

"I'll be fine here, go to him." he said and I nodded. I saw that Naruto used his Rasengan to detach the birds head from the body. I jumped to the tree branch they were on and stood next to one of the clones as Naruto clawed away at the clay. He finally made a hole, "Gaara!" he called out. "Hey, Hey, Gaara.." the clone shook Gaara.

I helped the clones take Gaara out of the birds head. My hand lingered on his head, tussling his hair. My hand drifted down to his face, and he was cold to the touch. "You idiot..." I mumbled and couldn't help the tears gathering in my eyes. "Idiot.." I bit my lip, fisting his clothes in both my hands, holding back my tears.

"I'll pound you!" I looked up to see Naruto's clones eyes were red. I looked and saw that Naruto had punched Deidara out of a tree and was fighting him with his other clones. Naruto was continuously punching Deidara. Then he made a Rasengan and hit Deidara.

I looked down at Gaara in my arms and hugged him close. "We'll take you home now, Panda bear... we'll take you home.." I whispered softly. Suddenly one of the clones dissapeared in a puff of smoke. "What?" I asked and looked over at Naruto and seeing he was being covered in a red orange chakra. "That's bad..." I mumbled. I quickly put Gaara's on my back and jumped back to a safe distance, meeting Kakashi along the way.

"This is bad..." Kakashi said.

"Yeah, did Jiraiya give you-" I asked and Kakashi nodded.

"Go get more distance, just in case." he said and I nodded, taking Gaara with me.
