I felt a pang in my heart when I became aware of the gossip going around in school. It was about you, dating a senior, you were apparently caught making out in the bathroom.

I shouldn't have felt hurt, angry or betrayed. You weren't my boyfriend and I was barely your friend.

Yet I couldn't ignore the pain growing stronger inside of me. I was slowly falling in love with you while you were busy loving someone else.
