Part 9

I started to hyperventilate. What were they doing? I thought I locked the door! I'm all ready going home isn't that enough torture?

"Were not here to hurt you." James said trying to calm me down. I scooted against the wall.

"as if" I muttered Skamp realizing I was scared started hissing at them which made them step back. I silently thanked Skamp

"I promise were not here to hurt you we want to help, remeber when we had your diary?" Sirius asked at the last part I completely stopped moving my hands were no longer trying to push me into the wall they stayed still. How could I have forgoten they had my diary they know about me being abuse! Their probably here to bully me about it! I thought my eyes looked at them scanning them as if I wanted this to be a trick my eyes were playing.

**James POV**

Carolett froze when we told her about the diary she probably didn't realize we knew.

"w-w-why a-re -you-h-here h-how d-d-did -y-you know -I-was g-g-going h-h-home." She stuttered

"we found the letter" Remus explained

"were here to help you." Sirius said stepping closer and Skamp hissed. I petted Skamp not taking my eyes off of the Mauraders

"since when do you care?" She whispered

"we may bully you but this is diffrent." James said

"THIS IS DIFFRENT THATS WHY? YOU PRACTICALLY DO THE SAME THING TO ME." she screamed standing up

"by the way you wrote about it this seems worse." Peter reasoned. She looked memories were coming back to her and she sat back down.

"you have no clue." she muttered tears filling her dull blue eyes we all took seats in the compartment.

"maybe you could go with Lilly." Remus said she shook her head

"she would rather me not" she said she looked up at us

"after all you have done to me why are you here. you read threw my diary tried to read it the school. You have kicked me bruised me and once you wanted to invade my privacy by looking threw the curtains in the hospital wing. You've thrown my books out of my hands made me cough up blood. Why are you here?" She asked

"Hold on that was you in the hospital wing that day?" Sirius asked she nodded

"because we want to help." I insisted

"one of the boys who made it so i have no friends wants to help me not only did he make so i have no friends but he knows all my deepest darkest secrets." she muttered

"I want a real reason." she said

"I wouldn't be able to live with my self if i let this happen." Remus said

"Really?" she asked Remus lifting an eyebrow Remus nodded

"Mr. I wouldn't to live with my self let someone be beaten for over two years." she said harshly.

What is it going to take to make her belive us! Now I actually want to kick her for being so annoying. It looked like the rest of the boys were thinking the same thing.

"If you want to do something to me do it now so ill be fine when the train stops." she said

"look do you want help?" I asked harshly

"Of course I want help, but if I ran away or didn't show up they might do something to Lily." she said as the train pulled to a stop.

"Thanks for trying I guess." She said getting her trunk she was about to walk out.

"Wait!" I screamed.....................
