"Boyfriend?" Jungkook whispered to himself spinning in his studio chair, had they ever even asked each other out? His eyes widened thinking about the timeline, his experience in binge watching dramas told him it was a date, asking the person out then saying I love you.
It was now when Jungkook realized he had done everything backwards and he was kinda beating himself up over it.
The only resources Jungkook had ever had growing up was tv, movies, and other things, so he wasn't sure if Taehyung was okay with what order this was going in. Being the person he is, he wasn't aware that people are allowed to do things out of order.

"Boyfriend?" Taehyung murmured to himself as he rolled onto his back, the cheap king size bed making a slight creaking noise when he shifts ever-so-slightly. "We're not? Right? Technically?" Taehyung questions himself.
Jimin walks into the room with a bowl of warm buttered popcorn, Jin walking behind him with a few beverages, it was their official movie night where they'd just binge watch a whole bunch of their favorite studio ghibli movies until about 6 in the morning.
They sat down on the creaky bed on each side of Taehyung who was still lost in thought, "Hey, what are we watching first?" The small boy asks as he shoves a mouthful of popcorninto his mouth. Jin takes the DVDs in his hands reading each title.
"I don't know, but we're not watching any ghibli movies that came out after 2010." The oldest spoke as he continued looking for that one movie, "Why? The Wind Rises was pretty good, and why are you looking through that pile? We can just stream it." Jimin cuts in as he looks at all the DVDs.
"Yea, no. I'm not paying for something we already own, besides, I found it!" Jin smiles as he raises the DVD for 'Howls Moving Castle' in the air, Jimin laughs as the oldest shoots up from his seat to set up the movie.
While Jin was preoccupied with that, Jimin looked to the boy who still hadn't said a word, "What's wrong? You look like you've gotten life sucked outta you." He comments laughing at his own remark until Taehyung sits upright, "Am I technically dating Kookie? Can I call him my boyfriend?"
Jimin raises a brow at that, his friend lost in thought again, "Well? Have you guys never talked about it?" He asks and Taehyung shakes his head almost immediately.
The day he got back from Japan was the same day he confessed and got separated from Jungkook. So no, he never had the chance to directly talk about it and it bothered him.
