Sasuke watched his wife hum as she worked in her garden on a cloudy day. The wind was blowing and the stray tendrils of her hair kept blowing in her face.

And she looked absolutely beautiful.

He stood in the living room in front of the window, on his way to his room to work on some reports. But after seeing her like this he was unable to move.

He smiled softly. Ever since she'd told him the news, he smiled a lot more. They had yet to tell their friends and family about it.

He imagined Hinata in the garden with a dark haired kid, running around, making a mess. The thought filled his heart with joy.

He loved the thought of having kids someday. He and Hinata and talked about it after their marriage. She was obviously very motherly and loved the idea of their kids.

Sasuke shared her enthusiasm. He was now trying to even convince Hinata to quit the job for some years. But she was not quitting yet, she'd told him. He was hanging on to the yet.

He shook his head. He should get to work. He walked towards his room still smiling softly.

He set to work immediately. He knew Hinata would berate him about it but this was really, really, really important. And anyways, he was bored.

He worked pretty efficiently, typing up and reading the files. Hm...Hyuga Co. wanted them to collaborate on making a product? That sounded good. Hyuga were their top allies.

Sasuke ended up writing all the reports before Hinata came into the room. "Hey...I was just finishing." He said, shutting the laptop.

"Yeah alright." She said, walking to the closet they shared to take some of her clothes out "I'm going to take a shower. I'm filthy."

Sasuke smirked. "You are."

"Shut up." She said with a glare before smiling. Sasuke imitated a zipper on his mouth, making her laugh. She walked into the attached bathroom.

Sasuke's gaze fell on her bedside which held several frames. The one of their wedding caught his attention. He remembered how he'd proposed to her. Because he wanted to this time instead of his parent's meddling.

They'd been in the same college and they were about to graduate pretty soon. Hinata was supposed to work for Hyuga Co. and Sasuke for Uchiha Co. obviously.

He was 20 while she was about to turn 20 soon. And he wanted to marry her. They'd been together since they were 17. Why shouldn't he?

Hinata sighed as she walked into his room. "Hey Sai." She greeted his college roommate.

"Hi beautiful." Sai said bluntly. She smiled slightly. Sai headed out of the room with his pencils and sketch book under his arm, ignoring the glare Sasuke sent him.

"What's up?" Sasuke asked, scooting over in his bed to give her space to lie down. She lay down with her head on his chest as he wrapped an arm around her.

"Well...class was exhausting. And father called." She said.

"What is it now?" he asked. Not that he didn't like his father in law but...he was just plain crazy sometimes.

"He's coming over for graduation."

"Oh hell." Sasuke said, remembering Hiashi's unexpected entrance at prom night along with Mikoto. He had been...embarrassing. Hana and Fugaku trailed behind their significant others as their embarrassed their children on their prom night.

"And...he wants me to move back to the states." She told him with a hesitant expression.

"What?" Sasuke said, sharply, sitting up.
