When the next day rolled around, Yuuki found herself nervous. Thoughts of every bad thing that could happen plagued her mind. All she could think about was the possibility of some kind of tumor growing in her brain. The appointment was fine, and simple. It didn't stop her nerves from going all over.

The following day was uneventful. Dabi had to leave for the week, something about a "mission", as he had called it.

Every day of the week was uneventful, and then the results came back. Today was the day Yuuki was going to figure out what was wrong with her head.

Due to Dabi not going to be around for another day or so, Yuuki was left alone to bear all bad thoughts alone. Her mask kept her from chewing her nails, so she settled with rubbing the insides of her wrists repeatedly. The sound of door opening and closing made her excited, but at the same time sent dread through her.

"Kodomo, Yuuki?" The doctor's voice made her scramble to her feet and look at the middle aged male. Yuuki noticed he looked rather conflicted, not grim or saddened. That must mean good news.

"Uh, yeah, that's me," She informed, finger the last button of her black shirt.

"Follow me, please," He didn't wait for an answer and turned around, walking off.

Yuuki quickly walked after him, her fingers rising up towards her neck and she dipped her finger beneath the black fabric, rubbing the scarred skin. He lead her into a dim room filled with multiple x-rays of heads, mostly likely of her head.

Yuuki was nearly baffled by it. Nothing appeared to be off look. If you count off the fact that it was a picture of her head.

"As you can see, there's nothing wrong," The doctor sounded apologetic.

Yuuki cast him a confused glance, "W-what? But-but how? These migraines are..they just- how?" She stumbled around her words, trying to figure out what to say.

Yuuki was disappointed in all honesty. She wanted something to be wrong so that there could be some kind of cure. It would've been easier knowing that she could be cured rather than knowing these migraines were pretty much incurable.

"What do you work as, Ms Kodomo?" He asked, "The stress of your job could be the cause of your migraines, or a developing mental disorder such as Psychosis or Schiz-"

"I work as a programmer," Yuuki lied, "And no one in my family has had Psychosis or any type of Schizophrenia, so we can cross those out," She interrupted him.

"Well, you can develops the disorders by yourself. You don't necessarily have to have it carried through genetics; however, it is more common if you have someone in your family with the disorder," The doctor explained, "Now that you've told me your job, the fact you look at computers a lot may have something to do with your headaches,"

Yuuki looked at him for a long moment, silence overcoming the two of then before a deep sigh left her lips, "Are you telling me to quit what I love?" She asked.

The doctor immediately shook his head, "No, of course not. But you might want to take a vacation from your work, like two weeks or more, just to see if it helps your migraines," He replied, "I will also prescribe you some medication to help,"

A small sigh left her lips, but she nodded her head. That wasn't what she wanted, or needed. After getting the paper slip from the doctor, she begrudgingly walked out of the hospital, her head lowered in disappointment. During her walk Yuuki stopped by the pharmacist to drop off the prescription, frowning upon the fact she would have to walk back in about four hours later.

As she walked home, she kept her head lowered to the ground. Yuuki knew that she would more than likely end up having to go to more than one doctor just to figure out what was happening. Her brows furrowed in annoyance as the familiar, painful sensation gather in her head.

She paused her walking and patted at her pocket, almost immediately letting out an annoyed mumble. Yuuki had been in such a rush she'd forgotten her sunglasses.

"A-Are you looking f-for s-something, Yuuki?"

Yuuki let out a shocked yelp and whipped around, almost falling down in the process. Her eyes hardened immediately as she found herself looking at a nervous looking Daso. He sheepishly handed out a pair of sunglasses to her, which she took.

"I-I saw you f-from a-across the street, and I-I a-already had these on m-me," Daso explained, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly.

Yuuki slipped the glasses onto her face, blinking a few times to get use to the new glasses. She sent him a small smile and spoke, "Thanks," She stated, turning on her heels, "So what are you doing?" She curiously glanced over her shoulder as she walked.

"Oh! Uhm, nothing r-really. I was j-just going to, uh.." He trailed off, rubbing the back of his neck once again, "I-I was j-just w-walking around," He murmured quietly, "Has Dabi r-returned?"

Yuuki shook her head, shoving her hands into her pockets, "No,"

"Oh," Daso paused for a moment, then practically jumped before he spoke, "Y-You had a d-doctor's a-appointment! How was it?" He asked, looking towards her.

Yuuki immediately let out an annoyed groan, shaking her head slightly, "God," She muttered, "There's nothing wrong with my head. Honestly, I would've preferred there to be something wrong so that it can be cured! Now I have to suffer knowing that these fucking migraines are incurable!" She vented.

Daso looked up at her before speaking, "A-Actually, it's better th-that there isn't anything w-wrong. Y-you'd be dead," He stated bluntly, "A-and migraines aren't incurable,"

Yuuki sighed quietly and shook her head, "The doctor wants me to take a break from computers," She responded.

Daso let out a small chuckle, "B-But y-you love computers," He informed.
