Dean, Dad and i were looking at the map that was on the hood of the impala. Sam had gone missing last night. It's been a few weeks since the thing with the Djinn and i feel weird around Dean. I mean, he doesn't know exactly what happened in that dream world and i want it to stay that way. I didn't tell Dad that Sam knew about my powers and he doesn't have to know to be honest.
Dad " This is it. All demonic signs and omens over the past month. "
Dean asked irritated "Are you joking? There's nothing here. "
I nodded.
Dad nodded " Exactly. "
Dean "Well, come on, there's gotta be something. What about the normal, low-level stuff? You know, exorcisms, that kind of thing. "
Dad "That's what I'm telling you: there's nothing. It's completely quiet. "
Dean asked frustrated " Well, how are we supposed to look for Sam? What, do we just close our eyes and point?"
I shrugged, crossing my arms over my chest and leaned back against my car.
Dean's phone rang and he answered "Ash, what do you got? "
He put him on speaker.
Ash " Okay, listen, it's a big negatory on Sam. "
Dean groaned annoyed " Oh, come on, man! You've gotta give us something. We're looking at a three thousand-mile haystack here. "
Ash "Listen, Dean, I did find something. "
Dean " Well, what? "
Ash " I can't talk over this line, Dean. "
Dean rolled his eyes "Come on, I don't have time for this! "
Ash "Make time, okay? Because this --- Not only does this almost definitely help you find your brother, this is...it's huge. So get here. Now. "
Then he hung up.
I raised an eyebrow.
Dean looked at Dad and me " I guess we're going to the Roadhouse. Come on."
