Chapter 36 - Please Wake Up!

When everyone went in separate directions, everyone went to a different location.

Happy, Erza, Wendy, Carla, Gajeel, and Natsu went near the mountains

Mirajane, Lisanna, and Elfman

Evergreen, Bickslow, Freed, and Laxus

Jet, Droy, and Levy went inside the forest

Cana and Gildarts went to an empty area outside of the forest

Juvia, Lucy, Aurelie, Melanie, and Gray went near the ocean

WITH HAPPY, ERZA, WENDY, CARLA, GAJEEL, AND NATSU...

Natsu stood in front of everyone and breathed heavily.

Wendy looked at him and yelled, "NATSU! PLEASE DON'T DO THIS!"

Happy yelled, "NATSU!"

Natsu clenched his teeth and his fists.

"W-What should we do?", Wendy asked quietly.

Erza walked up to her and placed her hand on her shoulder, "All we can do is wake him up by fighting."

"Or, can't we just hit his head?", Gajeel asked.

Erza looked at Gajeel for a moment and then she walked up to Natsu, grabbed his shirt and threw him into the mountain behind him.

They waited if something was going to happen, but nothing happened.

Natsu slowly got out of the mountain and stood in front of them again, uneffected.

"It didn't work," Happy said.

Erza got into position, "I thought so. Come on everyone. This is the only thing we can do."

Everyone got into position after her.

Suddenly, Natsu's red eyes flashed as he ran towards them.

Natsu: Fire Dragon's Roar!

Everyone got ready to do a Unison Raid.

"WAKE UP, NATSU!!!", Erza yelled.

Erza: Ex-quip! Sea Empress Armor! Water Slash!

"DON'T DO THIS!!!", Wendy yelled.

Wendy: Sky Dragon's Roar!

"NATSU!!!", Gajeel yelled.

Gajeel: Iron Dragon's Roar!

All the attacks came towards him.

"NATSU!!!!", everyone yelled as Natsu's eyes opened to the sound of their voice.

He heard them.

"NATSU!!! LOOK OUT!!", everyone yelled as he noticed the Unison Raid.

He immediately dodged the attack and jumped into the air.

"HAPPY!!", he yelled.

"AYE SIR!", Happy replied as he flew into the sky and grabbed Natsu, avoiding the attack.

After the attack vanished, Natsu landed on the ground and his trance was removed.

"I'm sorry guys," Natsu said.

"It's alright. At least you're back," Erza said with a smile.

MEANWHILE WITH MIRAJANE, LISANNA, AND ELFMAN...

"What should we do?", Lisanna asked.

Mirajane walked up to Elfman, "Elfman? It's us Mirajane and Lisanna. Please come back so we don't have to fight you."

Elfman was silent, but then he growled which startled Lisanna.

"Don't worry, Lisanna. I'll take care of it," Mirajane said with confidence as she hugged Elfman.

"Elfman....please come back...we don't want to fight you..."

Elfman tried to get out of her grip, but he hesitated.

"Elf-niichan...", Lisanna said with a gentle voice as he started to cry.

His trance was removed.

"I-I'm sorry!! I'm sorry Mirajane!!! Lisanna!!!", Elfman cried out loud.

Mirajane and Lisanna smiled in relief.

AFTER ALL THE BATTLES, EVERYONE GOT OUT OF THEIR TRANCE.

Except for Gray...

WITH JUVIA, LUCY, AURELIE, MELANIE, AND GRAY...

Gray: Ice-Make: Lance!

Me: Ex-quip! The Earth Warrior! Fireshooter!

Little flames melted his ice arrows.

Gray: Ice-Make: Hammer!

Me: Fire Blaze!

The blaze made the hammer disappear.

Gray: Ice-Make: Battle Axe!

Me: Fire Shield!

The shield blocked he attack and made it disappear.

"He's not giving up!", I said in frustration.

"GRAY!! STOP!!!! WE DON'T ANT TO FIGHT YOU!", Lucy yelled.

No response.

"GRAY!!! PLEASE!!", Juvia yelled.

No response.

Suddenly, I sensed that everyone else that got possessed came back.

"Do you sense that?", I asked.

"Yeah," Aurelie replied.

"Everyone's back to normal!", Lucy said with happiness.

I looked back at Gray with confidence. 

"Go!", I yelled.

"What?", Lucy asked.

"I'll handle Gray by myself."

Juvia, Aurelie, and Lucy reacted with surprise.

"Are you sure?", Aurelie asked.

"Yes. I am an S-Class Wizard. I will be fine," I replied with an assuring smile.

"OMG! She is an S-Class Wizard! She's so cool!!!", Aurelie thought.

"Go ahead and help find Zeref! I'll finish things up here and find you afterwards."

Lucy and Juvia nodded, "Got it!"

They started to run, then Aurelie stopped them, "Wait! That's it?"

Lucy looked at her with a smile and a wink, "We can believe in her, can we?"

Aurelie looked at her with surprsied eyes and nodded with confidence, "Yeah!"

They continued to run away.

Aurelie turned and looked at me, "Good luck, Melanie!"

I reacted with surprise as she ran away.

I smiled back and looked at Gray with confidence.

"Gray...."
