Skylar POV~
I woke up hearing my alarm clock going off, Can someone turn this thing off ?
Arghhh why do people have to wake up early and what is really important is that why do they have to wake US early too. like for real, if you ask me what the thing that tickles you off is? I'll sure say leaving my sweet heaven and my warm bed so early in the morning it's just a tragic thing to do honestly.
Sorry, how about we start all over I should properly introduce myself, My name is Skylar Johns and I'm a werewolf, you know those humans that have super powers from their wolfs.
Yup you got it right, werewolf maybe you don't know about us but we do exist. Trust me.
I left my comfy bed and did my daily routine, putting on some skinny jeans and this cute baby blue shirt that I bought last year, putting some mascara that made my electric blue eyes look bigger and some lip gloss and I was done.
I took my backbag and went down stairs to find my parents in the kitchen. My mom over the oven cooking pancakes, the best you could eat and my dad drinking his coffee, they were laughing about something. I came in, kissed my dad's cheek and sat down next to him
"Good morning sweetheart" dad said smiling at me you could say I'm a daddy's girl
"G'morning dad, G'morning mom" I said taking a big piece of my dad's delicious pancakes. Mom looked at us and chuckled then handed me a full plat. When I was about to dig in, a pancake was snatched from in front of me and I turned around glaring at who did this, I found it was my big brother Matt,
My brother is the beta of the biggest, strongest and feared pack not only in Canada but all America 'The Midnight pack' our pack, he is tall, handsome and have good looks and have girls all over him..oh don't tell him I said that, he is ego is just fine thank you. he has my dad's hazel eyes and he looked like him in some way. And you can tell that he is the "overprotective brother"
...oh I forget he could be childish too, I kept glaring but he just messed my hair saying
"good morning to you too sis"
"Don't sis me you just ate my pancake"
"what are you gonna do now" and gave me a grin, I took a spoon of my fruit salad
"oh no no you won't" and it was my turn to smirk and throw it at him and his face was priceless, ha take that asshole.
I finished what I was eating, kissed my mom and dad and took my keys and hopped in my car.
When I arrived there, I stood there sniffing the air maybe I could smell the special scent I'm searching for but nothing was special nothing that can make me yell MATE.
I'm 18 years old but yet I didn't found my mate. you see, us werewolf find our mates when we reach 18 so here I'm waiting to find him , and I had this hope that maybe I can find him at school cause our pack "Midnight pack" and "The red rain pack" go to the same school but I think today is not the day.
I walked in the school and found my crew in our usual spot I found the girls Megan and Carmen, and the boys Hunter, Luke and surprisingly Tim, I thought he would be joking around.
Luke was Carmen's mate and Hunter was Megan's mate anyways they were talking and when the heard me coming, they all looked,
"Finally you decided to come talk with us" Megan said
"you know I like to take my time " I said and everyone chuckled
"So did you hear that the Alpha is coming tomorrow" said Carmen giving me her famous smirk and I knew I wouldn't hear the end of it.
"Really I thought he was in Italy" I said feeling my wolf stirred what's wrong with her
I shut me self from this conversation to talk with my wolf, me and her are so close. I care about her and she cares about me.
"what's wrong with you " I said in concern
"I don't know but I'm not comfortable " she said will going in circles in my mind
I looked at her worried she is always right and for a werewolf you have to listen to your wolf. some do and some don't but I'm happy that I do
"Uncomfortable?! why, what's wrong"
"I don't know but I feel like it's not gonna be good"
"don't worry I'm here and nothing gonna happen okay?"
"Okay don't worry about me, I'm gonna be fine"
"okay " I said smiling mentally
And then every one went to there classes before the warning bell.
The day went by, boring classes and then lunch finally I thought it will never come.
I put my things in my locker and went to the cafeteria and was about to join the gang when three familiar guys came in front of me
"look what we have here boys " smirked Alex one of The Red Rain pack members or should I say a trouble maker and his double trouble the twins Harry and Samy. FYI they live to piss me off.
"Oh it's you guys so how can I help you? " I said in the most bored tone.
"we came to see you S didn't you miss us?" said Harry
"Not even a little bit sorry " I said smiling at them
"Come on Skylar no way every one love us " said Samy
"Are you done, I have better things to do rather than waste my time with you guys" I said looking around the cafeteria "oh and by the way don't wear that shirt again you look horrible"I smiled and walked away leaving him opening and closing his mouth. And thanks to my perfect hearingI heard him say
"do I look that bad " he asked Harry then I heard him say "damn she always do that" that made me chuckled till I reach our table.
I sat next to Tim enjoying my lunch and laughing with the gang hearing what they did all day,
the boys were telling us about their pranks and what they did to the teachers and it was hilarious, that's us for you.
the bell rang and everyone went to their classes. the day went by till we reach the end of the school day, I went to my locker and found the guys.
"I thought this day will never end " said Carmen putting her head on Luke's shoulder.
"yeah me too it was so long" I said putting me things in my locker
"and boring " said Megan
"yeah I wanna get the hell out of here lets go guys" said Hunter and Tim groaned
"I can't, I got a detention from Mr potter cause I was sleeping in history
"dude you were snoring not sleeping" I told him and the guys started laughing
"it's not funny guys its not my fault that he is so boring I can't help it"
"so enjoy your time I'm going out of here" I said closing my locker
"yeah lets go babe" said Luke taking Carmen with him
"Have fun Timmy see you around" chuckled Megan and walking out with Hunter behind her
"bye Tim" I left hearing him groaning behind me
I went to the parking lot, I got in my car and drove home wanting nothing more than to sleep this day off.
