"What ever you do Blue, never stop running." My dad exclaimed, running beside me. I figured it was the end of the world. I figured it would all end with this.

The aliens were swarming the city, destroying anything and anyone is sight. We were stopped in our tracks, as three aliens jumped on top of cars in front of us, weapons drawn.

My dad threw his hands in the air, emitting blue energy to send them flying. He grabbed me tightly, and we continued to run. I ran into a building as my heart thumped out of my chest, figuring my dad would follow behind. I got inside and put my back to the wall, waiting for my father to run in behind me.

After a few seconds, my breath hitched in fear, and I ran back outside. Looking for my father, I was stopped by an alien, towering me. It's lifeless expression watched every move I made.

I looked ahead, watching Captain Rogers and Natasha fight the beasts beside each other. I wanted to get their attention, but it was no use. One wrong move and I would be gone.

But I knew that was it. My life would end by an other being, unknown to me. Something that seemed so lifeless and dull.

It drew it's gun, causing me to close my eyes. I took in a breath, expecting it to be my last one. I heard a bursting sound, causing me to dart my eyes open. The lifeless creature had been thrown into the side of a car, energy surrounding it.

My dad was standing in front of me; a look of relief on his face. I sighed, relaxing my tense body, and went to run into his arms; yet I was too late. Before I could, I heard a shot behind him. His eyes perked up in fear as he huffed out a breath; looking down at his chest. I placed my hand over my mouth as I watched the crimson blood seep through and stain his suit.

His eyes shut, falling to the ground- revealing an alien behind him, who just shot him in the back. Right through him. "Dad, no." I cried, falling on my knees next to him. I turned him over to face me, laying his head on my lap. He opened his eyes slightly, eliciting a bitter sweet smile from the both of us. Even though he was dying in my arms, he still had the strength to smile.

"B-blue." He stuttered. I nodded my head with tears staining my cheeks. "You are going to be a great hero one day- you're gonna do amazing things. I know I g-gave you this power. You need to find it, within." He struggled, placing his finger on my heart.

The aliens were surrounding us. "You'll find it, in here." He said his last words, before letting go of his life. I shook my head, grabbing his face. The creatures were closing in, raising their guns. "No, no, no no." I cried.

"Don't leave me! Don't leave me dad! Dad!" I cried out. I screamed, causing a wave of energy to surround me. I screamed again, and it exploded, causing the cars around me to explode- killing all of the aliens around me instantly.
