Gwen was born out of light and darkness , she nearly died at birth, but survived which made her the savor, she can either bring the worlds to it's knees and end it all or make and shine, she is the decider. Mix in some demons and angels and you a very hard life, it's life or death in this game and if you want to win, you have to be good at the game.
Stars can't shine without darkness.
