Nilakihan ko siya ng mata pero 'di niya ako pinansin, “Busy siya.”
“No, dinner date is on.” Napailing na lang ako.
“Sige na, enjoy!” Nagpaalam na sila at umalis.
He sat across mine, “Hi, babe,” he said with a very flirtatious smile.
“What the heck are you doing here? Is this a set-up?” I expelled.
“Woah! Don't be mad. This is for the sake of our fathers' hearts.”

“Ano bang kailangan nating pag-usapan? Dinala ko pala lahat ng possible papers ng meeting na 'to kaso sabi ni Mrs. Granada hindi raw kailangan 'yon kaya kinuha niya. Tapos.... Tsk.”

“You're really cute,” he said, leaning forward on the table.
“Kumain ka nga.”
Bad trip.
“Iba kasi ang gusto kong kainin,” he said as I continued eating.

“Really?” Bahala siya riyan.
“Whatever, Matt.” I didn't bother to look at him. I'm busy eating.
Bwisit siya. Wala akong masabi.
I heard something metallic fell on the floor. “Oh, the knife,” yumuko siya para kunin iyon.
“Ay, pucha!” Sigaw ko saka tumingin sa paligid. “My god, Matt!”
Buti na lang at dito ang pwesto namin. Walang tao at malayo sa kanila. Jusme! Tangina! Putspa naman!
“Matthew! Itigil mo 'yan.” Want to know? Well, he's just caressing my legs to my thigh under the table. Kissing. Licking.
Shocks! Kinikilabutan ako sa ginagawa niya. Ayaw pa rin tigilan ng loko kahit itulak ko na ang ulo niya.

“Tangina mo, Mondragon. Manahimik ka, walang hiya ka!” Inis na inis na sabi ko, pero kahit nakabalik na siya sa kinauupuan niya ay parang naiwan ang mga paghaplos, halik at pagdila niya sa legs ko.

Note to self. Don't ever use double meaning words or else. Kainin ko siya ng buhay eh. Ayaw ko na ngang kumain.
“Why are we meeting again?” I asked, trying to make it to the right way. Masyadong naliligaw eh.
He clears his throat and act serious, “They want us to get married.”
“What?! Are you even serious?”
“Do I look like I wasn't?”
“Matthew!” I said under my breath.
“Hahaha, kidding! They just want us to get familiar towards each other. We're the pick which will manage their businesses. All of it,” he explained.
“Why? I mean, why us? Why do we have to familiarize each other? Ano naman kung magkaaway man tayo or what?”
“Actually, they want me to....” He sigh.
“Ano?”
“Gusto nilang ligawan kita.”
I frown.
“Why?”
“Ayaw kasi nilang dumating 'yung araw na magkagulo ang mga magmamana ng kayamanan nilang dalawa. My father and Mr. Fortalejo, they treat each other as if they're a married couple in business. Everything is conjugal. Everything's shared, half like brothers.”
“So?” Yeah, so what?
“Why don't we just get married?”
“Ayaw ko nga! Para lang sa pera? Tsk!”
“It's for their will and sake. At saka, anong problema? I love you and I'm sure you also do.”
