"You will never be enough, you are a worthless piece of garbage."

Another slap.

"You are an ugly no good! smart mouth kid! You should be kneeling at our feet for all we done for you!"

Another bottle.

"When will you wake up out of this dream? 'please stop I didn't do anything!' Lies!"

Another cry.

"Shut up!"

Another tear.

"You are weak."

Another day.

"Get back here!"

Time slowed his breath was taken by the pain, many wouldn't know this pain; the feeling of worthlessness. The feeling of wanting more then what is given.

Tears stained the pale skin of the boy asleep on the floor, his eyes tightly shut and his body flinching to the memories of each hit.

He wasn't strong in his mind, he was weak, he was an ugly no good child. His body was scars on scars how could anyone love that? The painly reminder he let it happen.

As the boy trembled in his so called slumber, another watched scared to know the truth behind the terrible sight.

'Can I protect him? I'm going to try. I know nothing about this side of Keith. But I'll be damned if I'll let him feel this way, What's the truth that lays beyond those beautiful violet eyes..'
