After last night, I felt kinda numb. I barely got any sleep. My thoughts of Charlie kept me awake.
Is it true?
That was the only thought on my mind. I woke up this morning, my mind foggy, and got dressed. My father was downstairs, writing for church this weekend. He didn't spare me a glance as I made breakfast. Nothing was said between us as I left the house.

At school, I went straight to the library. I wanted to be alone for a bit before classes. I hadn't seen any of my friends yet which was kind of a good thing. I hope they weren't too worried about me. With a sigh, I entered the library and went to the very back table, sitting down. I laid my head on the table and sighed, thinking.
Stop it. Alex is wrong. George is wrong. They're all wrong. Charles loves you.
Doesn't he..?
I frowned, feeling my heart sink. I prayed to God that it wasn't true. I know it's not true. I laid there on the table for who knows how long until I heard footsteps. I buried my face deeper into my sweater sleeves, trying to seem invisible. I felt the presence of someone which made me slowly look up. I saw a blond boy- no wait.. George?
I blushed and sat up, staring at him. He looked hot. He gave me a small nervous smile. "H-hello, darling-er.. Sam. Like what you see~?" Was the first thing he said. I squeaked, feeling my face heat up. "W-what d-do you want, K-King..?" I stuttered, mentally cursing myself. He sat down next to me and played with he sleeve of his jacket. "I..I just want to apologize for last night.. I didn't mean to upset you. I knew you were hurting and yet I made it worse. I'm sorry.." He said, softly. My eyes widened as I looked at him.
He fidgeted in the seat, waiting for me to say something. "Its.. alright. I forgive you. Just.. please don't say stuff like that again. Okay?" I whispered, brushing some hair behind my ear. He nodded and smiled. "Alright. I wont, you have my word." He took a hold of my hand and kissed it which caused my blush to darken. "H-how did you know I was in here..?" I questioned. "O-oh.. your friend, James, told me where to find you. He t-threatened me.."
I chuckled, shaking my head. "Oh James! He's really protective of me so, that's not at all surprising. Wait til you meet Peggy! She'll really scare you!" I told him, smiling. I noticed he was staring at me with a blush. "W-what..?" I asked, shyly.
"You just have such a cute smile.." He said. I basically turned into a tomato then and there. He giggled and ran a hand through my hair. I let him and huffed, looking at the floor. "Oh shush.." I said, embarrassed. "Its true!" He retorted, with that smile of his.
"Hpmh.. by the way.. I do like what I see..~" I purred, attempting a flirt. It must've worked because he froze, a blush spreading like a wild fire across his face. I giggled and stood up, as the bell rang.
"Come on, Georgie! Don't wanna be late for class on your second day!" I said, smirking. He glared at me and stood as well.
"I'll get you back!" He hissed as we walked out. I shook my head, grinning as we walked down the hall together.
Its not much, but it's something! I said I'd get a chapter out! Also, I woke up this morning to this:
