the light was like seaweed
down in the depths
of something so vast.
It disturbed balancesof what I knew.
the light was tricky
and tangled your mind
in the waves of the ocean.
it'd laugh at everything
you ever did.as I would swim,
below the surface
where things could become dangerous
but fear was forbidden.silent as it would be
if lightning struck the blue - reflected - surface.
