And with that I turned on the hill of my shoe and tripped over the side of the curb.

"I thought it was an easy task?"

"Well okay, babe see you after school."

Derek pulled off out of the schools parking lot and I started my way to the door of the school. And was greeted by Scott.

"Hey man what took you so long and whats with the three weeks of being absent?"

"Derek took me to school, and it's a long story an Id rather not talk about it."

"Okay, man. I'm cool with that. And that's very cool of Derek to give you a ride."

"Yeah it was."

"Oh and we better hurry for chemistry. We got two minutes before it starts."

"I'll race you!"
