it has been five years since jimin had last seen the girl.

and jimin had moved on.

but,

jimin didn't regret trying.

he believed that,

in everything you do,

you must at least give it a dip,

and it might end up in something like a miracle.

and that's what he did,

except,

no miracle happened.

jimin was now twenty-seven years old, and happily in a relationship with his dog.

jimin had made a decision to quit the dating game for a while, and just relax.

and as jimin turned on the tv, his eyes widened.

it was her.

it was the girl jimin had fallen for five years ago,

it was gongjoo.

gongjoo was on TV, and was smiling brightly while standing in the middle of two fit girls.

she spoke,

"hello! i'm gongjoo! and today, i'm going to be talking about body positivity, and the struggles i had when i was nineteen, and struggling with the way i looked."

the audience clapped, and jimin clapped along.

~

the next day, jimin received mail from an anonymous person.

jimin opened the envelope, and unfolded the folded piece of paper, and read:

dear jimin,

thank you.

-gongjoo
