Black, brown and white,
Difference is colour,
Difference is hair texture,
But we all have red blood flowing in our veins,
We will all die one day,
We all breath oxygen,
Ain't we the same then?
Has this equality become inequality?
Do we have to go back to that algebra class to solve this inequality?
Then why do we fight?
Why do we discriminate?
Why do we segregate?
Why do we undermine?
Ain't we the same if we can all gain the same?
Diseases will get to all of us,
Not white only nor black only, neither the brown only, but EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US!
The mixed couples,
Show equality should remain equality,
Show how much elation equality can bring.
We don't have to fight to show who is more superior,
We are just proving that we are all the same.
We are all human.
We'll bleed from that bullet wound ,
Or even die.
We don't have to have conflict,
We don't have to spark hatred ,
Just try to find peace,
Tell me what a bliss it would be.
We are all equal,
But not the same,
We are each just puzzle pieces to one not so difficult puzzle.
But if we burn a piece down,
The puzzle will remain a mystery,
Forever unsolved.
Again, we are all equal!
So let's leave inequalities in the algebra class!
