Ch. 18- Introducing... A Ski Resort!

[Greed & Pride pair]
-At a ski resort-

*Hyde's snowboard racing down the slope with Licht*

Hyde: "I'm going to beat you, Licht~"

Licht: "As if I'll let a demon beat me." *swerves in front of Hyde*

*The snow kicks up at Hyde's face*

Hyde: "Ptoo!" *loses balance and tumbles over*

*The Pride pair passes by, Tetsu on skis and Hugh riding his shoulders*

Hugh: "Whoo-hoo! Faster, Tetsu! Just like that!"

*Tetsu leans into the wind, gaining them the speed*

[Sloth & Lust pair]
-At a lodge-

Kuro: *drinks a mug of hot cocoa* "Ahh... This is great..."

Misono: "It sure is. I don't mind staying in here all day."

Mahiru: "Come on, Kuro, want to try snowboarding?"

Kuro: "I'm busy right now."

Mahiru: (-_-) "Drinking hot chocolate?"

Kuro: "Mm-hmm."

Lily: "Misono, would you like to try your hand at skiing?"

Misono: "It's cold..."

Lily: "Of course it is. We're at a ski resort. It was your idea remember?"

Misono: "Yes, but I like staying inside in warmth while it's cold outside."

Mahiru: "Wait, then why did you want us to hang out here in the first place?"

Misono: "Drinking hot chocolate in a lodge is a one of a kind experience, that's why!"

Mahiru: (-v- ;) "I-I see."

Lily: "It's really warm in here, though..." *starts stripping*

Misono: "L-lily! There's no need to- fine! Let's go outside, so stop stripping!"

Mahiru: "All right! Okay, Kuro, let's go with them."

Kuro: "... I don't want to. It's tiresome. Why don't we stay inside and cuddle instead?"

Mahiru: *blushes* "Wh-what?" *looks away scratching his cheek* "We could do that l-later..."

Kuro: "... I trust you'll keep that promise." *sighs and gets up* "Let's go then..."

Mahiru: 'He can be so demanding sometimes. Oh well... If it would get him outside.'

*They both leave the lodge*

-Back at the slope-

Hyde: *waving them over* "Brother Sloth, there you are! Want to race?"

Kuro: "... Sure."

Misono: *looking up the slope* "What if I rolled down that hill... Would I ever stop...?"

Tetsu: "I'll stop you."

Lily: "I won't let you fall in the first place, Misono."

Misono: *crosses arms* "B-better keep your word. Both of you!"

*They all rode the lift*

*Once at the top of the slope, Hyde and Kuro got ready to race*

Mahiru: "Wait, I want to join too." *lines up next to Kuro*

*Licht lines up with them also*

Hyde: *looks over* "Licht?"

Licht: "I don't care about racing. I'm just snowboarding the same as you guys."
