I bounce in my office chair waiting for my lunch break to go see Yoongi. Seeing him is so insane because only a few days ago I was in 2019 where Yoongi had passed away and gone. I stare at my computer trying to make time move faster. I just want to see him to make sure I'm not dreaming because if I am I don't think I'll ever wake up.
"What are you so excited for?" Jin, my co-worker/ friend asks.
"I ran into a guy in Sunday and we are having lunch today," I tell him beaming.
"Oooooo! Cute! You'll have to tell me all the details!" He grins.
I nod and check the time. I jump up logging out and run out of the building to the cafe. I skid around the corner and see a familiar brunette.
"YOONGI!" I wave jumping.
He shakes his head, "Do you have to be so loud?"
"Yes! Yes, I do!" I say matter of factly.
He lightly laughs rolling his eyes. Oh, how I missed his laugh. We enter and I get the coffee and a cake because food is great. I bring it to our window seat and sit down. Little did we know this would become our meet up for the next three years. I smile and sip my hot coffee.
"So are you new to Seoul?" Yoongi asks trying to start a conversation.
"Yes, I am!" I nod.
"Really? You seem to know it well," he questions me.
"I've explored around my work, studio, and my apartment," I explain.
"You live near here?"
"Yup! About a block and a half south from here, I point in the general direction.
"Huh. I live two block west," he shrugs.
We keep the small talk flowing as we spend my lunch break together. It was amazing having him back in my life. My heart skips a beat whenever he is with me. His faint smile, dark brown eyes, fluffy hair, and pale skin. I had admired him for three years without telling him I love him. Now I can.
"Hey, how long is your lunch break?" He asks.
"Oh shit! I gotta run! Wanna stop by the dance studio with me tomorrow?" I ask standing up.
"Sure? Where is it?"
"Meet me here at 7:05!" I yell running out the door to the office.
I bolt inside and log back in. Jin chuckles. He turns to me.
"Spill kid," he rests his elbows oh his armrest.
"He met me at the cafe and we ate cake and drank coffee talking about Seoul and a bit about our jobs! He seems very antisocial but I guess he still will try to hang out! Oh and he's coming to my dance rehearsal tomorrow!" I spout off reliving the day for the umpteenth time.
"Awe my ray of sunshine found a crush~!" He teases.
I blush shaking my head. It's more than a crush.
4:50 pm
I enter my apartment and lock the door. I go over to my kitchen and pull out leftover pizza. I pull it out and yawn exhausted after all the excitement. I look at my phone and see a post from Jimin.

I laugh quietly smiling at Jimin and Kookie. I know how that ends. The two both have huge crushes on each other but are too scared to tell each other but at our dance show, they tell each other.
My phone buzzes again but this time it's a text.
Yoongs: You know Jimin?
Me: Yup!
Me: wait do u?
Yoongs: no. Ik Jungkook.
Yoongs: the kid never shuts up bout him tho
Me: Awwww!
Me: Jimin gets all cute and flustered when I bring Jk up.
Yoongs: hmmm
Yoongs: those idiots r blind.

I leave our texts and go to Jimin's texts.
Me: Hey
Me: Jimi!

Me: can my friend join us tomorrow? Like to watch

Jimi: Shut up!
Me: never!
Jimi: goodbye then!

I lock my phone sitting on the couch turning on a movie and relax my mind.

He lays in bed looking at the ceiling. He was so sure just a few days ago he'd go through with his death but then he ran into a literal ray of sunshine. His heart was in a fit whenever he saw him or thought of him. He is confused by it and just lays there.
