This is really stupid.

I’m trapped here with an idiot!

I thought that he was good at making evil schemes but guess not.

Chace is really the smarter one in the family tree except for his mom of course.

“I’m sorry.” Mace mumbled.

“For getting me stuck here with you or for closing the door?” I sarcastically asked.

“I didn’t mean this to happen; I really don’t want to get stuck with you.” He raised his eyebrow.

“Then why do you even want me to be in your team?” I asked.

“So, do you like Chace?” Wow, trying to avoid my question?

“Why do you want me on your team?” I repeated my question.

“So you like Chace?” He repeated his question.

Ugh! I’m with an autistic person!

“Nevermind.” I mumbled.

“Why don’t you want to answer my question?” He tilted his head for me to see his green eyes. His lips looks so wide? I don’t know but it’s so reddish and his hair is in mess.

“Answer mine first before I answer yours.” I remarked.

“You already answered my question.” He smirked.

“I didn’t say anything.” I argued.

“Really? By avoiding the question, you already did answer.” He laughed.

I don’t like him! I think.

Wait, I think?

My heart’s beating faster than the usual.

“You’re blushing.” He poked my cheeks.

I sighed.

“I’ll tell you the answer to your question then.”

I looked at him waiting for his answer.

“I want to annoy Chace and win the tournament so I could rub it in his family’s face.” His eyes went cold mixed with anger.

“Annoy Chace?”

“You’re so dense.” Mace laughed.

“He doesn’t like me.” Do I sound bitter? I hope not because I’m not! But, why did that thought even came up in my mind?

“You’re dense. You like him.” He smiled mischievously at me.

Me? Like him?

Why would that even happen?

I mean, we hate each other but then..

He helps me whenever I need him.

He’s always there comforting me.

He understands me.

He trusts me.

He’s my..

“See. Speechless.” Mace woke me up from my deep thoughts.

Everything.

The wind suddenly blew stronger towards our faces.

It’s getting colder out here and I have no jacket with me! Ugh.

The stars were shining brightly in the night sky. The trees in the penthouse were swaying left to right and right to left. The smell of flowers can be smelled at every corner and only the sounds of rustling can be heard.
