It is a known fact that countries can make one thing immortal, usually it's their pets. Gilbird, Kuma, Japan and Finland's dogs ect. Most of the nations have forgotten you can keep a human alive. Then again, most of the people think that Ludwig keeps his dogs immortal. He loves training dogs and is okay with changing every 10 years or so, Ludwig doesn't keep his dogs alive... He keeps Gil alive.
