Just Like Old Times (Saeran After Ending) {Part 3}

"Saeran.. do you li—"

"Like you?" he interjected. My heart seemed to skip a beat as those words escaped his lips. "I figured you'd say that... That's what it said on the internet too." he had figured it out before I could even say anything, but why then did he seem so down.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing." he mumbled. I bit my lip.

"Saeran, please, talk to me." I practically begged, "I want to help you, but I can't if you don't--"

"Because even if I do like you I'm that way,
there's no way you would like me back!" my heart dropped into my stomach and my cheeks heated up. At this point both of us were blushing messes. "Especially after what I d--" I had heard enough. I cut him off by placing a kiss on his lips.

Two second latter I parted from him ad chewed my inner lip. "Don't say things like that without having proof to back it up." Saeran was stunned and not moving, he just blankly stared at me and occasionally blinked. "... What I'm saying is....." I swallowed and opened my mouth back up, "I like you too you dummy... Now can I please look at your hand?"

Time skip.

"Happy one month anniversary!" I said as I hugged Saeran from behind the couch.

"Let go." he protested.

"Nope!" I said as I nuzzled my head into the crook of his neck. I feel his body temperature rise from my sudden affection. "Come on, let's go do something!"

"Why?"

"We've been together for a month!"

"So?" he grumbled. I huffed  at his screwed comment.

"I guess I don't mean anything to you." I mumbled as I crossed my arms.

"I-I didn't mean it like that. I'm sorry," Saeran said as he stood up off of the couch and looked at me. "Come on, don't be mad." I giggled at his comment.

"I could never be mad at you." I said as I leaned over and gave him a quick peck on the cheek. "But if you're really sorry I guess I could forgive you if we went to get ice cream." Saeran sighed,

"Fine,"

"YAY!" I said as I jumped in joy. Saeran looked at me and smiled. I stopped jumping for joy and looked at the scarlet haired male. "Is that a smile I see~" I sang. His eyes widened and his lips dropped back down into his normal frown.

"Why would I be smiling?" he asked.

"Because you look even more handsome when you smile." his face exploded in a pink blush. I chuckled and ruffled his hair. "Gahh you're too cute sometimes!"

"S-shut up!" He stuttered. I leaned forward and stared into his mint orbs...

"Make me." I chuckled.

"I will,"

"GAHH!" I shouted as he jumped over the red couch. I turned around and darted  away. 

As I ran away from my boyfriend I couldn't help but to smile.
How could I, a girl who was raised in a poor home, abused, both emotionally and physically, end up so happy?
How could a boy, who was alone and lost, living with an emotionally and physically abusive mother, end up happy?
The answer?
Because we had each other. We both knew each other's pain, each other's stories. We both knew each other for a long time.
All the heartache we had we put each other through. That just made our bond stronger. And in the end it was that strong bond that keeps us together.

And...
As long as he's happy

and in the end

that's all that matters.

Hello my roses, how are y'all? I am so sorry K forgot to update but, if you don't already know, I got sick. Yup! Just in time for the Holliday's!! Happy late Christmas, Chanukah or what ever you celebrate. Not only was I sick but I had to write a 40,000 word novel =_=;;

Sorry for the lame excuses.

On a better note Saeran finally got his happy ending eh? I hope y'all enjoyed the ending! I know it felt rushed at the end but if you really don't like it please message me and I will change it.
