Whenever I'm feeling sad,
unsafe,
depressed,
and anxiety attacks me, I tried so hard to not let them running deeper into my mind. I always try hard to fight back and say to myself that everything is going to be alright.

Whenever it happens, I choose to write everything that murmurs in my head.

About the past,
the future,
a hot tea,
a bitter coffee,
a hard rain,
a summer break,
and an old good memories.

I just, write down everything.
