A Self Reflection

Hey guys, it's Ethan.

There have been moments where I write stuff in Mind of a Christian with intent on just laying out the facts, focusing mostly on the head stuff instead of the heart stuff. There have been moments where I take pride in what I write here, instead of glorifying God, which is wrong. I will confess, I've written sometimes for my personal glory. This is wrong.

The things I say and share here, on this Wattpad book, should be devoted to God. It should be done to worship and glorify Him. And I've learned now to really take that into heart.

But, after seeking advice from my youth leader and close friend, I've come to the realization that Mind of a Christian doesn't have to be a bad way of expressing my love for Christ. The way I write this isn't necessarily a "wrong" way to worship Him. Being a geek and getting all analytical about God and Christianity - these are things my youth leader and I love to do, because we get to learn about how great and awesome God is! And we love to share it to other people so that they can appreciate the great things that we learn about God!

I've now found the purpose of Mind of a Christian. It's the place where I can share to you readers the wonderful things I learn about God, and how powerful and loving and faithful and generous He is. It's the place where I can proclaim that God is good, and explain to others that He is not an evil or non existing entity.

I will continue to write and update Mind of a Christian. I've found that my heart is now in the right place to write this. I want to share my excitement of how great God is with you.

God is good, and God is very much alive. God loves you, He loves me, He loves us all and is willing to stay with us, despite everything we do. He is faithful and patient, and loving, and the way to eternal life.
